  ✍️ CRR Cash Reserve Ratio is the minimum fraction of total deposits of a bank’s customers that banks have to hold as reserves with the central bank. ✍️ SLR Statutory Liquidity Ratio is the ratio of liquid assets to the net demand and time liabilities. ✍️ LAF Liquid Adjustment Facility is a tool to allow banks to borrow money through repurchase agreements.   • A galaxy is a vast system of billions of star, which also contains a large number of gas clouds [mainly of Hydrogen Gas] and dust, isolated in space from similar system.
  • There are about 100 billions Galaxies [10^11galaxies] in the universe. And each galaxy has on an average 100 billions stars [10^11]. So the total number of stars in the universe is 10^22 stars.
  • The Milky Way Galaxy is the home of the Earth and our Solor System. It is Spiral in Space.
  • Milky Way Galaxy was formed 5 billion years after the Big Bang.
  • Latest knows Galaxy is the Dwarf Galaxy.
  • According to the modern thought, universe can be classified into two parts namely---- (a) Atmosphere (b) space
  • Origin of the universe is explained by Big Bang Theory, formulated and proposed by Belgain astronomer and cosmologists Georges Lemaitre.
  • Andromeda is our nearest galaxy.

Later Vedic Period

The history of the later Vedic period is based mainly on the Vedic texts which were compiled  after  the age of Rig Veda. 1. Later Vedic Texts a.  The Veda Samhitas i. Sama Veda  – The book of chants with hymns taken from Rig Veda. This Veda is important for Indian Music. ii. Yajur Veda  – The book consists of sacrificial rituals and formulae. iii. Atharva Veda  – This book consists of charms and spells to ward of evils and diseases b. The Brahmanas –  Consists of the explanatory part of the Vedas. Sacrifices and rituals have also been discussed in great detail. i. Rig Veda –  Aitreya and Kaushitiki Brahmana ii. Yajur Veda  – Panchvisha, Chandogya, Shadvinsh and Jaiminaya iii.
